The IEEE Conference on Antenna Measurements and Applications (CAMA) is a premier international conference that brings together leading researchers, students, and industry professionals from around the world in the fields of antenna measurements and radio-wave applications. The conference typically attracts approximately 300 participants each year. In 2026, IEEE CAMA will return to Japan for the first time in nine years and will be held from October 21 to 23, 2026, at Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan.

2026 IEEE CAMA is pleased to invite companies and organizations to participate through sponsorship and exhibition opportunities. • Expected attendance: Approximately 300 participants, including an estimated 60% from overseas.

Tentative program:

The exhibition area will be prepared on October 20, one day prior to the opening of the conference. Exhibitors may begin setting up their booths on that day.

The exhibition will open on the morning of October 21 and remain accessible throughout the conference until the afternoon of October 23. The exhibition area will be located adjacent to the technical session rooms to encourage interaction among participants.

On the evening of October 21, the poster session and exhibition will be held jointly during the Welcome Reception, providing exhibitors with an excellent opportunity to meet researchers, students, and industry professionals in an informal and interactive environment.

2026 IEEE CAMA offers four levels of sponsorship opportunities for companies and organizations wishing to increase their visibility and support the success of the conference. Sponsors will benefit from exposure to an international audience of researchers, engineers, and industry professionals and will be recognized throughout the conference according to the sponsorship level selected.

Complimentary registrations included with exhibition booths do not cover paper presentation fees. Authors presenting papers are required to register separately as regular conference participants.

(2) Large Exhibits and Power Requirements

Power supplies may be shared with adjacent booths. Exhibitors requiring electrical power exceeding 500 W are kindly requested to notify the Conference Secretariat in advance. Space for large exhibits is limited. Companies planning to display large equipment or special installations are encouraged to contact the Conference Secretariat in advance. The availability and acceptable dimensions of such exhibits will be determined in consultation with the Organizing Committee.

• • Booth locations will be assigned by the Organizing Committee.
    Every effort will be made to accommodate exhibitors' preferences; however, final booth assignments will be determined by the Committee.

• • Invoices will be issued upon receipt of the application form. Payment should be completed by August 31, 2026, via bank transfer to the account listed below.
    Bank transfer records will serve as proof of payment. Printed receipts can be issued upon request.

(7) Cancellation Policy
• • Applications are considered binding once submitted. Please note that cancellations after application are generally not accepted.
    In the event of cancellation, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
(8) Use of Personal Information
• • Personal information provided during the application process, including names and e-mail addresses, will be used solely for purposes related to the operation of 2026 IEEE CAMA and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
(9) Additional Information
• • The “Booth Layout Diagram” and “Exhibitor Manual” will be sent approximately one month before the conference.
